電氣成套設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)與制造建議嚴(yán)格遵循國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系。核心標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括：GB7251《低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備》系列、GB/T 4208《外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)（IP代碼）》、GB/T 50479《電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)及自動(dòng)化設(shè)備柜(屏)工程技術(shù)規(guī)范》、GB50303《建筑電氣工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》以及GB50171《電氣裝置安裝工程盤、柜及二次回路結(jié)線施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》等。所有配電箱、柜的技術(shù)指標(biāo)建議符合規(guī)范及設(shè)計(jì)要求，產(chǎn)品應(yīng)明確執(zhí)行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（國(guó)標(biāo)、行標(biāo)或企標(biāo)），且企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)高于國(guó)標(biāo)或行標(biāo)。

All technical indicators of distribution boxes and cabinets must comply with the specifications and design requirements. The products should clearly follow the standards (national standards, industry standards or enterprise standards), and the enterprise standards should be higher than the national standards or industry standards.

In terms of cabinet materials and structure, floor cabinets should use cold-rolled steel plates that comply with national standards, with a thickness of not less than 2.0mm; lighting distribution boxes and control boxes with a thickness greater than or equal to 600mm should use 2.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plates, and those with a thickness less than 600mm should use 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plates. All black metal parts should have a reliable protective layer, and steel plates and sections must undergo degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating treatment before spraying. The cabinet structure should be sturdy and able to withstand mechanical, electrical, thermal stress, and moisture that may be encountered during transportation and normal use conditions.

電氣性能方面，成套設(shè)備需滿足短路耐受強(qiáng)度、溫升限值、介電強(qiáng)度等指標(biāo)要求，絕緣電阻不低于1MΩ。元器件選型須遵循“安全優(yōu)先、適配適配、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理、合規(guī)達(dá)標(biāo)”的原則。斷路器額定電流大于等于800A時(shí)采用框架式斷路器，630A及以下采用塑殼斷路器。布線與標(biāo)識(shí)方面，導(dǎo)線截面按載流量及壓降校驗(yàn)，色標(biāo)統(tǒng)一，回路編號(hào)清晰可溯。每臺(tái)配電箱（柜）的銘牌須包含產(chǎn)品名稱、型號(hào)、廠家名稱、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)、出廠編號(hào)、生產(chǎn)日期等信息，箱柜門上附有主電路圖、系統(tǒng)圖、原理圖等。

In terms of electrical performance, the complete set of equipment must meet the requirements of short-circuit withstand strength, temperature rise limit, dielectric strength and other indicators, and the insulation resistance should not be less than 1M Ω. The selection of components must follow the principles of "safety first, adaptability, economic rationality, and compliance standards". When the rated current of the circuit breaker is greater than or equal to 800A, frame type circuit breakers are used, and molded case circuit breakers are used for 630A and below. In terms of wiring and identification, the wire cross-section is verified according to the current carrying capacity and voltage drop, the color code is unified, and the circuit number is clear and traceable. The nameplate of each distribution box (cabinet) must include information such as product name, model, manufacturer name, main technical parameters, factory number, production date, etc. The main circuit diagram, system diagram, schematic diagram, etc. are attached to the cabinet door.

成套廠須具備相應(yīng)資質(zhì)，產(chǎn)品須通過(guò)型式試驗(yàn)并取得CCC強(qiáng)制性認(rèn)證。出廠檢驗(yàn)（含工頻耐壓、功能測(cè)試）和交接驗(yàn)收流程的規(guī)范化執(zhí)行，是確保成套設(shè)備在建筑、工業(yè)、市政等場(chǎng)景中安全可靠運(yùn)行的非常后一關(guān)。

The complete set factory must have corresponding qualifications, and the products must pass type tests and obtain CCC mandatory certification. The standardized execution of factory inspection (including power frequency withstand voltage, functional testing) and handover acceptance process is the final step to ensure the safe and reliable operation of complete equipment in construction, industrial, municipal and other scenarios.
